Returns & Exchanges
At TREV Curated, we want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With original tags and packaging attached
- We do not accept returns for:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged through normal wear or improper care
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or replacement items depending on product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit may be issued instead.
Return Process
To start a return or exchange:

- Include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Lost or Stolen Packages
TREV Curated is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
